Who is responsible

What we collect
When you buy: your name, e-mail address, country and what you bought. Your card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see them.
When you visit: the pages you open and the buttons you press, with an id kept in your browser, so we can count visits and understand what works. Advertising cookies are set only if you accept them.
When you write to us: your message and our answer.
Why, and on what basis
To deliver what you bought and to help you (performance of the contract); to keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation); to measure our pages and prevent fraud (legitimate interest); to measure advertising with Meta, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
Who processes data for us
We use these services, each bound to process your data only for us:
• e-mail delivery: our e-mail provider
• hosting of this site and its data: our hosting provider
• advertising measurement, only with your consent: Meta Platforms Ireland
Transfers outside your country
Some of these services process data in the United States. They do so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the UK addendum where it applies.
How long we keep it
Orders and invoices for as long as tax law requires (usually 10 years); visit data for 13 months; messages for 2 years after the last one.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive your data, object to its use or restrict it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Minors
Our products are sold to adults. Someone under 18 should buy with a parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page shows the new version and its date.
