Money-back guarantee

When an offer comes with a money-back guarantee, its page and its checkout say for how many days. Within that time we refund 100% of the price if a file does not open, if the content is not what the offer page describes, if something you paid for does not arrive, or if you were charged twice.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] with the subject "Refund request", the e-mail address you used for the purchase and your order number. You do not need to send anything back: the products are digital.

When the money is back

We answer within 2 business days. The refund goes to the card or account you paid with; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

Pre-sale books

A book sold before it is finished states the date it is delivered by, before you pay. If it does not reach you by that date, you get a full refund of that book on request, or straight away if you ask for it then.

Your rights

This policy adds to your rights under the consumer law of your country; it never limits them.
