What you buy

Digital products, mostly books in PDF, as described on each offer page. Nothing is shipped by post.

Prices and payment

The price is the one shown on the checkout, in your currency, taxes included where they apply. Unless the checkout says otherwise, it is one payment and nothing is charged again. Your card statement shows the charge as SMARTER GUIDES.

Delivery

The files are sent by e-mail within minutes of payment, and stay in your library on this site. Because they are delivered straight away, you ask us to deliver them immediately and accept that the right of withdrawal ends once they are delivered, where the law allows it; our refund policy applies all the same.

Pre-sale

A book sold before it is finished says so on its page and its checkout, with the date it is delivered by. Anything else in the offer is delivered straight away. If the book is not delivered by that date, you can have a full refund of it.

What you may do with the files

The files are for your personal use. You may read them on any of your devices and print them for yourself. You may not share, resell, upload or publish them, in whole or in part.

What the products are

Our books are study and reference material. They are not a course, a qualification, a licence or professional advice, and they are not affiliated with any exam board or professional body they mention.

Liability

We are liable as consumer law provides. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
